ITEM SUGGESTION - AQUA RING

There was no ship that dared to sale in the North Sea in the middle of the winter. Nevertheless, captain Kalginsar, the most famous pirate of the mid ages, had no choice, as his ship was chased by an antipiratic fleet. The Pirates managed to escape, but soon they couldn’t move, as the sea froze, trapping the ship in the ice. It was only a matter of time before the ice would thrash it. So, Kalginsar decided to abandon the ship and head east to the nearest coast, which was at least two days walk. The pirates knew that none of them could make it, because the weather conditions were harsh. The winds were so strong that they could hardly stand on their feet. Therefore, nobody followed their captain, when he left the ship, hoping to live until Spring, when the ice would melt, releasing them to sail south away from the North sea.
The ice was covered by snow, slowing Kalginsar down, but that wasn’t a real problem for him, as he was a strong man with courage most of all. He actually was glad to walk alone, knowing that his weak men would only be a burden for him. Sure most of them were fine sailors, but the only place they were useful was onboard.
After the heavy trip, Kalginsar finally reached the frozen shores of Iceguld, an abandon land, where a great battle occurred between the alliance of the High Elves and some demonic powers, several centuries ago. Many corpses he were still lying under the eternal ice, untouched by time. The pirate crossed Iceguld heading south to the valley of swamps, which was an uninhabitant place full of poisoning snakes and lizards. As he was carefully passing through the swamps, he saw a hut, built on wooden torsos, few meters above the ground. He looked around and when he made sure that there was no one near, he entered the hut. He found inside many ancient weapons like swords and daggers, as long as priceless treasures. He decided to wait inside the hut its owner. After a few hours he saw a murloc coming towards him, holding a shining helmet. Kalginsar stood behind the door, holding his dagger and when the murloc stepped inside he ambushed it putting the dagger on its throat.
-“Stop right there! Or I’ll cut your throat, murloc” Said the pirate
-“Oh no! please spare Noolic’s life, stranger.” Said the murloc, while the helmet fell of his hands “…and I will give you all my treasure!”
Kalginsar started to laugh with this pathetic creature
-“I have a long trip before me, Noolic, I can’t carry all this rubbish with me…”
-“But… stranger… please…”
Before the murloc Noolic tried to say anything, the blood of his throat was splashing all over the hut. Kalginsar couldn’t trust someone who had the courage to dig up treasures from a haunted place like Iceguld.
It was true that he couldn’t carry all that treasure, but even so, he didn’t dear to touch anything that comes from Iceguld, because he knew that the lost souls of the high Elves and Demons were living now inside those treasures. However, he noticed a bright ring on Noolic’s finger and assumed that it wasn’t from Iceguld, since the murloc had no problem wearing it. So he took the ring for himself and later, when he walked through the swamps, he had the feeling that it was giving him power, making him walk much faster.
Usually murlocs are mean creatures, but Noolic spent almost all of his life alone in a lonely place. He had no friends, but he had no enemies either. So he always liked to have visitors and was never hostile with recurrent intruders. That’s why the ring that he was wearing, the Aqua Ring, which hosted the soul of the greater amongst all High Elves, Feanor from the race of Noldor, didn’t harm him and even protected him from other evil spirits. Now the Aqua Ring would feel the greedy heart of its new bearer, which soon would awake the wrath of Feanor.
Kalginsar was traveling fast. He realized that his new ring was giving him power only if he is close to water and so he followed a stream, when he got out of the swamps. This stream led him into the Forest Of Haze, which was inhabitant by Light Elves, descendants of the generation of Noldors. The pirate thought that he would cross the forest quietly, when suddenly he turned up being surrounded by Elves, Who were pointing their arrows towards him.
-“Greetings Elves…” said Kalginsar, who was surprised how well this forest is guarded “I’m just a lost traveler and I will be pleased if you escort me out of your forest… You see… I’m heading south.”
-“We know who you are…” Said a voice, coming from the woods. It was an Elven High Priest. “The spirit of Feanor has spoken to me about you crimes, human. And therefore you must be punished.”
-“No, no! You must be confusing me with someone else!” Said Kalginsar, as he really had no idea of what that Priest was talking about.
-“Foolish human…” Said the Priest, not bothering to give any farther explanations “My warriors! Kill him at once!”
The archers obeyed and many arrows would hit the pirate if he hadn’t jump inside the stream avoiding them. The Priest was amazed by his speed, as he never met such fast human before. Nevertheless, he concentrated and launched a stunning bolt directly on him. The archers didn’t miss on a still target… and that was the end of Kalginsar.
The Elves took the Aqua Ring and through it into the Wild river, as it was the wish of the spirit of Feanor, which talked to the Elven High Priest. It is said that the ring was lost for ever that day, but many new stories are told since then about a ring that its powers are bounded to water…

The Aqua Ring gives to its bearer passivly +18 agility, +6% IMS, +8% IAS, +25 damage. Also when walking on shallow waters he gains bonus 40% IAS and 15% IMS. The Aqua Ring has the active skill "Aqua"
AQUA : The bearer of the Aqua Ring can create shallow water in an area gaining the powers of the water. 700 AOE. Duration is 12 sec. Mana cost is 75. CoolDown is 40 sec. Casting range is 200 units.
